Scrum is a managerial framework that encourages teams to work together, learn from experience, and improve over time. Though the name comes from rugby and it’s often used in software development, Scrum can be highly effective for nonprofit operations seeking to build an agile workplace.
In this practical and highly informative webinar, nonprofit training leader and Scrum expert Diane H. Leonard will teach you how to utilize the Scrum framework to adopt a uniform approach to doing work, assigning work in teams, and iterating successfully over a long period of time.
