If you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it! When it comes to your nonprofit’s fundraising, do you know what you need to be measuring and how to measure it? For boards, CEOs, and development officers who want to improve their fundraising success, failure to implement key fundraising benchmarks could mean the difference between exceeding your goals and falling short.
Please join Linda Lysakowski for a comprehensive session covering important fundraising benchmarks. From mail appeals to major giving, we’ll talk about standards for each type of fundraising activity including rate of return and costs of all areas of fundraising. PLUS! It’s not just monetary costs and income you need to measure but also non-monetary resources such as your time that are important. Throughout this crucial webinar we will therefore provide you tools to help you measure both monetary results and time spent on special events, direct response, in-person solicitation, and other fundraising activities. Finally, we will provide important methods for reporting those results to your board, your CEO, and others that matter.
