Hiring a development director is an exciting (and scary) time for most nonprofits. Where do you find a development director, and what should you look for? Is experience necessary, and isn’t finding an experienced development officer expensive? Can you hire someone from within your organization and, if so, what challenges will that present? How will your organization’s staff and board welcome a new development person and set them up to succeed?
Please join Linda Lysakowski for a webinar that will help nonprofit leaders – from the executive director to the board chair – get off on the right foot, support the development office, and measure success.
