Kristina Clark is the President and Founder of KM Clark Consulting Group, a consulting company dedicated to developing and sustaining nonprofits[above doesn’t hyphenate nonprofit]. Kristina Clark served as the Executive Director of the Coffee County Anti-Drug Coalition from 2007-2016. Ms. Clark has dedicated herself to nonprofit work since graduating from Middle Tennessee State University in May of 2006 with a Bachelor’s of Science in psychology and minors in mental services and sociology. Before serving as the Coalition Executive Director, Kristina held positions as a domestic violence court advocate and in home counselor for at risk youth. In 2012, Ms. Clark earned her Certified Prevention Specialist II and now trains on a national level as a trainer for the Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America’s (CADCA) National Coalition Academy. She also trains nationally on the prevention of alcohol and drug abuse as well as non-profit management and capacity building.
Under her leadership the organization received several awards including the National Got Outcomes! Coalition in Focus award in 2013, Tennessee Department of Health’s Injury Prevention award in 2012 and a 2014 Patriotic Employer Award from the Office of the Secretary of Defense Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. Kristina Clark is also an executive board member for the Prevention Alliance of Tennessee, a statewide prevention legislation advocacy organization.
Alex Windings is a Principal for KM Clark Consulting Group, a consulting company dedicated to developing and sustaining nonprofits in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. In 2014, she graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and a minor in Foreign Language with a focus on Spanish.
From 2014-2017, Ms. Windings was the Executive Director for the Williamson County Anti-Drug Coalition where she led a community wide organization in reducing tobacco, alcohol and other drug use among youth.
In 2015, Ms. Windings earned her Certified Prevention Specialist I and Certified Trainer certifications through the Tennessee Certification Board. Since then she has become a lead trainer for national and statewide campaigns and programs. Ms. Windings also serves as the Board Chair for the Prevention Alliance of Tennessee.
